Fishing Fest Weekend at West Canada Creek Campground coincides with NYS Free Fishing Days, meaning no fishing license is required — making it the perfect time for beginners, families, and seasoned anglers alike.

Slow things down and gather by the fire for one of our most relaxed and community-focused weekends of the summer. Campfire Jam & Social Weekend is all about good company, shared moments, and easygoing nights under the stars.

Columbus Day Weekend marks the official close of our camping season, and we go out the only way we know how—together. This is a celebration of another summer well spent, filled with laughter, familiar faces, and the traditions that bring our campground family back year after year.

WCCC offers daily and regular activities all season!

Morning Yoga

Join us at the pavilion each morning from 7:30-8:30 AM for a refreshing start to your day! Our yoga sessions welcome all skill levels—just bring your mat and enjoy the fresh air. This fun activity is free for everyone!

Friday night hay wagon rides

As the sun begins to set, hop aboard our weekly hay wgon tour at 7:00 PM. Wind through the campground's scenic paths, spot local wildlife, and learn about the area's natural wonders. It's the perfect way to start your weekend and meet fello adventurers. When: every Friday at 7:00 PM in front of the campstore. Whom: All ages welcome. Weather permitting, free activity!

Poolside Tunes

Dive into your Saturday with live music by the pool from 3-4 PM! Enjoy a swim while grooving to cool tunes, perfect for adding some rhythm your weekend and connecting with fellow campers. Join us at the heated pool, where all ages are welcome for this free activity, weather permitting.

What is your cancellation Policy?

Written cancellation required. 10+ days prior: less one night fee for short stays, less two nights for weekly+. No refunds within 10 days or for holidays (2025: May 24-26, Jul 3-7, Aug 29-Sep 2, Oct 11-13). Travel insurance recommended. Please read our campground policy Here

Can I have a campfire, and what about firewood?

Campfires are welcome at your site's designated fire ring. To protect our local forests from invasive pests and diseases, outside firewood is not permitted. Quality firewood is available for purchase at our camp store and we'll deliver it right to your site!

Are pets allowed at your campground?

Yes! Two pets max per site (dogs/cats only) with $5/pet fee - all proceeds support our local no-kill shelter. Must be leashed, supervised, and current on vaccinations. No pets in cabins or community areas. Service animals welcome everywhere. Please clean up after your pet

Can I have visitors during my stay?

Yes absolutely! Day visitors welcome until 8 PM ($7/person age 5+) and overnight visitors ($15/person). Total number of registered campers and visitors cannot exceed 10 people per site. All visitors must register at the office before arrival. Sorry, no visitor pets.

What's included in my site?

Your site comes with parking for 2 vehicles, fire ring, and picnic table. Base rate includes 2 adults and up to 4 children (under 18). Additional adult campers: $15/night per person. A one-time $6.50 booking fee applies to all reservations.

When can I arrive, depart and what are the quiet hours?

Check-in is 2 PM and check-out is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $25, subject to site availability. After 8 PM arrivals must be arranged in advance. All guests need to register at the front desk. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, with all site lights out by midnight.

How many people can stay on a campsite?

Each site includes 2 adults and up to 4 children (under 18). Additional adults are $15/night per person. One tent per site only (two tents allowed on tent-specific sites). RV sites do not permit any tents. Maximum 10 people total per site, including all campers and visitors.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out options?

Yes! Based on availability, we offer early check-in (noon instead of 2 PM) or late check-out (2 PM instead of noon) for $25 per option. Contact our front desk in advance to arrange this service.
